If, before purchase, you connect the app to your vehicle and:
– Neither see nor access the promised ECU coding options in the coding menu,
– Or if the app successfully connects to the adapter but fails due to an app-related error,

then you are entitled to a no-questions-asked refund within 30 days of purchase.

If we cannot resolve your issue within 72 hours, you become eligible for a full or partial refund.

Once verified, refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 14 business days.

Scenarios like adapter malfunction (e.g., physical defects or third-party hardware issues) are not covered unless directly caused by our app’s failure to manage the connection.
